INGREDIENTS:

8 chicken thighs, boneless, skinless

¼ cup / 59ml soy sauce

2½ tbsps. balsamic vinegar

1 tbsp. honey

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 tsp. Sriracha

1 tsp. ginger, fresh, grated

1 scallion, chopped

DIRECTIONS:

In a bowl, combine the honey, soy sauce, balsamic, sriracha, garlic, and ginger. Mix until thoroughly combined.

Pour half of the mixture into a bowl with the chicken, covering all the meat and let sit in the refrigerator for 2 hours. Save the rest of the marinade for dipping sauce.

Preheat the air fryer to 400°F / 204°C. Remove chicken from the marinade and place it in the air fryer. Cook for 14 minutes, turning most of the way until cooked through in the middle. Repeat for the rest of the chicken.

While the chicken is cooking, pour the rest of the marinade into a saucepan. Cook over medium heat until the sauce thickens and reduces down. Serve with dipping sauce and garnished with scallions.
